THIS IS NO TIME TO PASS ON PUDDING!

What better way to end a meal than with a little sweet treat? Every day, our Angels bake a wide range of tarts and tartlets before your very eyes: apple, lemon meringue, Saint Honoré, pear with chocolate, mango kiwi coconut, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, Paris Brest, etc.

Whenever possible, we also make tarts with fresh seasonal fruit, such as apricots and figs. Classic individual cakes or cakes for sharing: éclair, millefeuille, chocolate fondant, etc. There’s something for everyone!

Barista

WE HAVE GREAT DRINKS TOO!

We’re bakers, it’s true, but here at ANGE we’ve also brought in real experts in coffee and gourmet drinks! You can enjoy a wide range of hot and cold drinks prepared on the premises: espresso, ristretto, espresso & latte macchiato, latte, mocha, Viennese chocolate, hot chocolate, tea, and so on.

Our barista is a true coffee expert and offers his selection in two different roasts: Pure VELOUTE from Mexico is sweet and tangy, while CORSE is a strong, chocolatey blend of coffees from Peru and Honduras.
When it comes to tea, our barista has opted for true top quality, and established a partnership with Kusmi Tea: long tea leaves, simply picked, rolled and dried without adding any chemical colouring. Organic Farming certification.

And for our chocolate, we only use Van Houten, a deliciously creamy, high-cocoa, low-sugar chocolate. UTZ certification, sustainable agricultural systems and environmental protection.

Pizzas

NOW THAT’S WHAT WE CALL ROYAL!

It comes in a box! Yes, but do you really know what’s inside? A pizza, you reply – yes, but not just any pizza... First and foremost, it’s a bread dough prepared daily by our bakers using water, CRC flour (just as good as organic) & a 100% natural sourdough starter, a Provençal tomato sauce, and quality ingredients. They are all carefully prepared on site and baked in a deck oven. And if that isn’t Royal we don’t know what is!

Home-made bread dough made by our bakers, Provençal tomato sauce, 40cm in diameter and a whole lot of fun! And because our bakers love a good pizza, there are several different recipes on the menu:

Chicken and Cheese: Tomato sauce, grated cheese, roast chicken with Provençal herbs
4 Cheese: Tomato sauce, grated cheese, blue cheese, goat’s cheese, black olives, Provençal herbs
Goat’s cheese with honey: Tomato sauce, grated cheese, goat’s cheese, honey
Nordic: Crème fraîche, grated cheese, smoked salmon, dill
Texan: Crème fraîche, grated cheese, minced beef, onions, button mushrooms, barbecue sauce
Savoy: Crème fraîche, grated cheese, bacon lardons, potatoes
Chicken curry: crème fraîche, grated cheese, chicken, curry, tomatoes

Salads

A BOWLFUL OF FRESHNESS!

At Ange, we also have salads and poke bowls for a lunch break filled with freshness! Prepared on site every day by our bakers, using fresh produce for maximum flavour. Because even a salad or a poke bowl can offer plenty to enjoy!

A wide range of salads are available made with seasonal ingredients: Caesar salad, salmon poke bowl, cobb salad, ranch salad, pasta salad, etc.

Sandwichs

THE UPPER CRUST OF SANDWICHES!

Hot or cold, our sandwiches are made right in front of you every day. Fresh bread, kneaded, shaped and baked by our bakers every day (Ange baguette, soft bread, pan bagnat, wholegrain, etc.), with a variety of fresh fillings to make your lunch break special. You really are spoilt for choice!

Rosette saucisson sandwiches on poppy seed bread, ham or Emmental sandwiches on crusty buttered baguette, Provençal chicken on wholegrain bread (our star sandwich), or our tuna bagnat on the softest bread ever... Great classics but that’s not all, we’re always innovating and regularly have new gourmet sandwiches to offer, such as our chicken curry panini, the Ange Burger Baguette, focaccias, croques monsieurs, etc.

Viennoiseries

100% PURE JOY!

Here, the only rule is to give in to temptation: pure butter croissant, pain au chocolat (or chocolatine), homemade brioche, sugar-topped sweet briochette, chocolate chip delight, etc. We’ll make your mouth water!
Do you love good food? That’s good, because so do we 😉

We offer our customers golden, pure butter croissants, crispy pains au chocolat, light, generously sized briochettes with sugar sprinkles, melt-in-the-mouth home-made brioches, and our famous chocolate delights (melt-in-the-mouth white buns with dark or white chocolate chips).

Breads

THE WHEAT WE EAT ISN’T JUST ANY WHEAT!

Knead to know why our breads are so tempting? Our flours are CRC® (Culture Raisonnée Contrôlée) certified, which means they are made from 100% French wheat, grown in a sustainable, controlled way according to VERY strict specifications.

The fields are far from sources of pollution, no toxic products can be used, no chemical treatments can be applied after harvesting, etc. (hi there organic farming, how’re you doing?)

And we also subscribe to the AGRI-ETHICS pact supporting fairer pay for farmers. At Ange, we’re committed to nature, to our farmers and to our customers! But that’s not all! At Ange, we come up with new bread recipes EVERY month to give you something different to enjoy!

At Ange, bread is our passion. We have a wide range of breads made entirely on the premises by our bakers, using a variety of flours, natural sourdough starters, and traditional techniques: Baguettes offering 3 different bake options (high, medium or light bake), wholemeal bread, wholegrain bread, farmhouse bread, semolina bread, corn bread, burger buns, our famous "Pavé Ange", walnut bread, etc. And every month we introduce more new breads to offer our customers.
