The first Ange bakery opens its doors the 8th of December 2008 in Miramas. An innovative concept, this bakery shakes up the codes of traditional bakery by its design, open laboratory, animation of the range, promotions, production throughout the day, etc... This opening creates quite a stir and quickly becomes a real success.
A second Ange bakery opens in Istres and confirms the quality of the Ange project.
During 2010, the decision to deploy this concept was therefore taken by the 3 founders. 2... then 3... then 4... They get organized and go hunting for the best locations to place their halos.
The franchising development model is chosen. At first a close circle of friends, driven by the same shared values. Ange spreads its wings outwith its stronghold in the Bouches-du-Rhône.
In 5 years, the network has grown to 45 franchisees.
A crazy adventure spanning 10 years, 131 bakeries by the end of 2018 and an opening in Montreal.
